About BLS Construction
Bobby Luttrell and Sons, LLC (BLS) was founded in 1989 by Blaine Luttrell. Over the years, Blaine expanded the company by hiring dedicated individuals who shared his willingness to engage in all aspects of the business. In 2010, Blaine sold his first share, paving the way for the current owners: Justin Daugherty, Shaine Snodgrass, and Jason Whittaker. Collectively, they bring approximately 70 years of experience in the utility construction industry.
BLS has grown significantly over the years, thanks to its hardworking and dedicated employees, some of whom have been with the company for 18 years. We take immense pride in the quality of our work, collaborating closely with engineers and municipalities to meet the goals set by our clients.
Operating across Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee, BLS specializes in a wide range of services, including excavation for new water and sewer mains, sewer rehabilitation and pipe bursting, CCTV sewer inspections, new storm sewer installations, sewer lift stations, water booster pump stations, stream remediation, building pads, and general contracting for utilities.
